Eligibility for a Refund
- You are eligible for a full refund if your resume has not yet been delivered to you, and the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order.
- If you receive your resume and feel that it doesn't meet the agreed-upon standards, you may request a revision. If after two rounds of revisions you are still unsatisfied, you are entitled to request a refund within 10 days of receiving the final resume.
- Refunds are not applicable for express or rush orders once work has commenced.
Exceptions to Refunds
- Refund requests after the 10-day window following the delivery of the final product will not be honored.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons, such as personal taste, if the product adheres to the agreed specifications and standards.
- Resumes or services purchased as part of promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable.
